One professional wanted for Refugee Film Festival 2010
UNHCR Tokyo seeks one qualified professional for an Individual Contract position for the Refugee Film Festival (RFF) 2010, for about nine months or longer, starting from 01 February 2010.
The Terms of Reference (TOR), required skills and required application documents for the position are the following:
1) Project Manager

Required skills:
Working knowledge of both English and Japanese, knowledge of copyrights issues, practical negotiation skills, event planning, management, programming, financial control, and other relevant skills with minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in a relevant field.
Required application documents:
