UNHCR駐日事務所では、第5回UNHCR難民映画祭−東京を担当していただく インターンを募集しております。
〔期間／Duration〕
原則として6ヶ月
Six months in principle
〔募集人数／Number of Post〕
1-2名
〔応募資格／Qualification〕
原則として大学卒業・大学院修了または在学中であること
In principle, those who have completed undergraduate studies or those enrolled in graduate school.
社会科学、人文科学、国際法等を専攻し、特に難民問題に関心のある方
Those who majored in social science, humanities, international law, journalism etc; demonstrated interest in the field of human rights or refugee issues.
日本語及び英語で業務遂行が可能な方
Language skills: written and spoken proficiency of Japanese and English (working language of UNHCR).
MS Word, Excel, Power Pointを使って作業が出来る方、インターネットを使ったリサーチ、検索が得意な方
Computer skills: Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc), has research skills by using internet.
翻訳（英訳・和訳）経験があれば尚可
Translation experience is a plus.
NGOなどでボランティア経験があれば尚可
Volunteer experience is a plus.
映像・映画業界でのインターン・職務経験があれば尚可
Intern/working experience in visual, film industry is a plus.
〔職務内容／The role will include〕
2010年10月上旬に開催される第5回UNHCR難民映画祭−東京の実行に向けた準備期間中および映画祭の開催期間中の以下の各種関連業務をアシストする。
・関連資料の作成・翻訳
・ウェブ、印刷物、字幕等の制作物の進行
・各種文字・画像・映像素材の整理
・宣伝活動
・問い合わせ対応
・イベント会場マネジメント
・催事開催後の報告書作成
・その他、種々の職員のアシスト業務
To assist various activities related to the preparation and the implementation of the 5th UNHCR Refugee Film Festival in Tokyo(Oct 2010), in the field of:
・Creation, translation of related documents
・Direction of the website, printing matters, subtitles, etc.
・Filing of related documents, photos, movie materials
・Publicity
・Responding to inquiries from the general public and related stakeholders
・Management of the festival
・Creation of activity / financial report
・Other related tasks as requested
〔その他の条件〕
原則として週3日以上、9時30分〜18時30分
無給（交通費実費支給）
